The main entree is of course the turkey. Can't do without a bird on the table on thanksgiving. If you don't have the time to prep for this, there is an alternative at the end of this.
Halved-potatoes in skin, stuffed with mashed potatoes and bacon.
Pansit noodles with shrimps.
Baby carrots, asparagus, and brussel sprouts.
For dessert, sweet buko pie.
I mentioned in the beginning that you can substitute an over-roasted turkey with roast beef for your centre-piece and it will be just as good. This slab of meat will take only 1 hour to cook and for accessories, we include chopped carrots and baby potatoes.
